
Stop Guessing Your Heat: Why Digital IR Controllers Actually Matter

Here is the thing: high-density infrared arrays cram a massive amount of heat into a tiny space. Even with a smart controller optimizing the power cycle, that heat has to go somewhere. You’ve got to make sure your exhaust and cooling jackets are actually up to the task. If your cooling fails, the controller will trip the safety interlocks. It’s a lifesaver because it keeps your lamps from simply burning out. Getting it into the fab. When you wire these into a digital backbone, the guesswork disappears.
