When you’re picking out an infrared lamp for your bathroom, your first instinct might be to just grab the most powerful one on the shelf. But here’s the thing: more isn’t always better. It’s really all about how much space you’re trying to warm up. If you go overkill, you’re just throwing money away on your electric bill and risking a burnt-out fixture. But go too low? You’ll feel that annoying chill the second you step an inch outside the beam. Nobody wants that. Finding the sweet spot for your space If you’ve got a tiny powder room (under 4m²), keep it simple.
